GOVERNOR RASANGA COULD BE LYING ABOUT TRACTORS

EVIDENCE SHOWS SIAYA GOVERNOR COULD HAVE HIRED TRACTORS FOR A ONE DAY SHOW

INFO C/O Mugo wa Wairimu
A few days after a very popularised event to launch Tractors allegedly purchased by Siaya county governmentto assist farmers in the county, evidence has come to light that the Governor could have hoodwinked Kenyans while in fact he had hired the tractors from CMC for a one day show.

The event which was attended by CORD leaders led by the Former Prime minister of the republic  saw the Siaya County Government spend an obscene amount in popularizing the event on local radio Stations and TV.

Interestingly though when asked about the saga the Governor did not refute the claims and instead this was his texted reply to our query:-
"What really is wrong with hiring the tractors? I'm aware that hiring is an acceptable procurement modality pursuant to the public procurement act 2005"

Evidence shows that the tractors were indeed hired from CMC and there are photos showing the Tractors being offloaded at Siaya-Bondo Junction.

It is unclear whether Mr. Raila Odinga knew of the scam when he "flagged off " the Tractors

KISII GOVERNOR IS ABUSING HIS OFFICE WITH NEPOTISM AND COUNTY FUNDS MISUSE

Mugo Wa Wairimu:
Kisii County Governor James Ongwae Has appointed his father as the chairman of the Kisii county land board. He also has employed dozens of relatives in county management. This is not only blatant nepotism and abuse of office but it's also unacceptably dangerous. The same Governor, at the behest of Raila Odinga illegally used county coffers to pay hired goons to heckle Jubilee leaders at the funeral of the Rioma secondary school accident victims... Be a patriotic Kenyan and tell this rouge governor Kisii county does not belong to his family... His cell number is 0737499474... Text him now "SHAME ON YOU, KISII COUNTY IS NOT YOUR FAMILY'S PROPERTY

OBAMA PRAISES UHURU AS A GREAT LEADER THAT WILL UNITE AFRICA

Last year, President Uhuru Kenyatta, became the first President in the history of Africa to marshal all the 54 nations in Africa with the aim of amending an international statute that favoured his cases at the International Criminal Court (ICC).

With a great smile and charisma and with the assistance of his Deputy, William Ruto, Uhuru traversed all over the African continent and eventually managed to force the amendments to the rules of the Assembly of State Parties which forms the International Criminal Court (ICC).

According to a secret annual journal published by the White House last week, US President Barrack Obama described Uhuru as an “African leader who is loved by all Africans”. He said the African Union (AU)’s support for his case at the ICC is a good indication that Uhuru may onetime become one of the greatest leaders in Africa.

“Europe has Winston Churchill, America has George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, Russia has Stalin and Khrushchev and Africa in the next decade will have its pairs of great leaders,” Obama wrote in the journal.

“It is not easy to marshal the whole content to support your course. He is a leader that the world deserves,” Obama added.

He also said that Kenya’s President possesses an extra-ordinary quality of leadership which is hard to get in a dozen of leaders all over the world.

He also said he was moved when he saw South African citizens cheering Uhuru during Mandela’s requiem mass last year.

“He was an ICC indictee and he managed to beat his political rivals. That is a show of commitment and hard work,” Obama said.

OBAMA INVITES UHURU TO WASHINGTON DESPITE "CONSEQUENCE" WARNING

President Uhuru Kenyatta and President Obama shake hands at the Nelson Mandela memorial

Nairobi.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is among leaders said to be invited to the first US-Africa Leaders’ Summit in Washington.

The White House announced on Tuesday that President Obama will hold the summit in August – with President Kenyatta said to be on the invitation list. The reported inclusion of the Kenyan head of state among 47 African leaders marks a decisive turn for the better in relations between the Obama and Kenyatta administrations.

Mr Obama’s former chief diplomat for Africa had warned in thinly veiled terms a year ago that Mr Kenyatta’s election would have negative “consequences” for ties between the two longstanding allies.

The US president then snubbed Kenya during his three-nation Africa tour in June and July.

President Kenyatta’s indictment by the International Criminal Court on charges of crimes against humanity was acknowledged by the White House as the chief reason why Mr Obama skipped a visit to his father’s homeland.

EXCLUDED
The list of the heads of State invited explicitly excluded Sudan President Omar Al Bashir and Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe among others.

The invitation is seen as a way of Obama trying to thaw the recent Icy relationship between Nairobi and Washington

FORMER ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER ARIEL SHARON DIES AGED 85

ARIEL SHaARON, one of the most important and controversial figures in Israel’s history, died on Saturday afternoon at Sheba Medical Center at the age of 85.
Sharon, who fought terrorists in his military career and rivals in politics, lost the final battle for his health more than eight years after the stroke that ended his six decades of public service.
Following Sharon’s death, his sons Gilad and Omri, who had remained by his side during his hospitalization, went to the family’s Sycamore Ranch in the Negev to start planning their father’s funeral. They also visited the grave of their mother, Lily, who died in 2000.
The Ministerial Committee on Symbols and Ceremonies decided on Saturday night that Sharon will have a military funeral on Monday at 2:30 p.m., on the Hill of the Anemones outside the ranch, before being buried beside Lily, his wife of 37 years.
Current and former world leaders and senior officials are expected to come to Israel for the funeral, including US Vice President Joseph Biden, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and former British prime minister Tony Blair.
Sharon’s body will lie in state at the Knesset on Sunday, from noon to 6 p.m., to enable the public to pay its last respects.
A memorial service will take place on Monday at 10 a.m.
President Shimon Peres called Sharon a great and courageous leader who loved his people and was loved by them. He said that Sharon knew no fear and that he would miss him personally as a friend.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu expressed “deep sorrow” over the death of Sharon, once a tough political rival, saying he was “first and foremost a courageous warrior and an outstanding general, one of the greatest commanders in the IDF.”
“Israel bows its head on the passing” of Sharon, the prime minister said. “Ariel Sharon played a central role in the struggle for the security of Israel throughout the years.”
Netanyahu’s statement focused on Sharon’s military exploits, saying he played a central part in the struggle for Israel’s security his entire life, and citing his role during the War of Independence, the 1956 Sinai Campaign and the Six Day War, as well as “the critical role” he played when he led his men across the Suez Canal during the 1973 Yom Kippur War. He also praised him for establishing the Paratroopers 101 commando unit and for promoting the concepts of retribution and initiating action when fighting terrorism.
Netanyahu, who was fiercely opposed to Sharon’s 2005 disengagement from the Gaza Strip, said that after Sharon doffed his military uniform he continued to serve Israel in many positions in the government, including as the 11th prime minister.
“His memory will be enshrined forever in the heart of the nation,” he said.
US President Barack Obama called Sharon a leader who “dedicated his life to the State of Israel.”
“We reaffirm our unshakable commitment to Israel’s security and our appreciation for the enduring friendship between our two countries and our two peoples,” Obama said. “We continue to strive for lasting peace and security for the people of Israel, including through our commitment to the goal of two states living side-by-side in peace and security. As Israel says goodbye to prime minister Sharon, we join with the Israeli people in honoring his commitment to his country.”
In announcing Sharon’s passing after he died at 1:50 p.m. on Saturday, Sheba Medical Center Rehabilitation Hospital director Shlomo Noy said the former prime minister had fought for his life in the past week, determinedly and “against all odds,” and that he had surprised the doctors in how long he succeeded in that fight. Sharon’s heart weakened and he died without pain, peacefully and with his family by his side, Noy said.
Sharon’s vital organs failed, including his kidneys and his lungs. His blood pressure and heartbeat, which returned to normal on Monday, deteriorated again on Thursday, and then his heart stopped beating on Saturday.
Gilad Sharon reacted to the death of his father, saying that “he went when he decided to go.” Gilad Sharon thanked the medical staff at Sheba Medical Center and all of those who had prayed for the his father.
Sharon’s former bureau chief Dov Weisglass said Sharon saw himself as the prime minister of the entire Jewish people. He was one of the most popular prime ministers in the state’s history, and one of the most well-liked leaders in the world, Weisglass said.
Former MK Shai Hermesh, who was a close friend and neighbor of Sharon for decades, said he always put his friends first. Sharon cared most about his ranch, family, friends, fellow soldiers and the Land of Israel, and that when he would get together with people on his ranch, he would discuss everything but politics, Hermesh said.

MOSES WETANGULA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF

Bungoma senator elect, believed to be lying about attempt on his life
Bungoma's Moses Wetangula. The senator-elect escaped unhurt Thursday evening when his car came under gunfire along Mbagathi road. PHOTO/FILE

Let us examine the facts on Moses Wetangula's Thursday night "assasination attempt"
First of all Moses Wetangula is known for crying foul for no apparent reason. The Bungoma Senator elect is just being himself and is blowing a mere accident out of proportion just to stick it to the JUBILEE Government.
CHECK THE FACTS BELOW:

1.Moses Wetangula has no political weight or consequence for the JUBILEE administration to be afraid of him let alone feel the need to assassinate him.

2.There is car paint matching that of his car on a Billboard post on the scene where the alleged "assasination attempt" took place.

3There are no bullet holes on the cars body despite insistence by the senator that they heard the car being sprayed with bullets where he was so scared that he dropped his phone. His car is not bullet proof.

4. When you look closely at the car, there is only one visible dent and even a person with no know how on guns will tell that the dent was not caused by a bullet but rather a long blunt object. Obviously the billboard

5. No spent bullet catridges or bullet heads were found on the scene

6. Neither the Senator, his driver nor his escort saw the alleged "assasin (s)"

Its is our humble submission that no "assassination attempt"took place and that the senator's driver merely hit the post with the side of his car. The senator being true to CORD style rushed to the media to make a statement without verifying facts, Later the egg blew in his face and now he is sticking with the story to save his face.
Our verdict. SHAME ON YOU WETANGULA
