RAILA WANTED MAGERER OUT

PLAN TO REMOVE THE ORANGE PARTY'S EXEC WAS MOOTED WEEKS AGO
Sources close to the ODM leader Raila Odinga have intimated that the plan to remove Magerer was mooted a while ago and was awaiting the opportune moment to be executed.
ODM executive director Magerer Lang’at is ejected from the Orange House in Kilimani, Nairob

Mr Magerer was forcefully ejected from an ODM group meeting at the Party's Headquarters in Kilimani area, Nairobi by Nairobi MCAs and goons who also roughed him up and deflated his car tyres. He was rescued by police officers.
The source who agreed to speak to RKM on condition of anonymity claimed the Party's leadership especially those from Luo Nyanza were uneasy with Magerer being the party Executive Director as he is considered an outsider. The source also indicated Mr.Odinga gave his blessings to the plan to remove Magerer
Mr. Magerer is a Kalenjin one of the few who remained in ODM after the community staged a mass walkout from the Party behind the Now Deputy President William Ruto to form the United Republican Party (URP).
Mr. Odinga has since called on the police to investigate the matter,  which has many think is hypocritical since he stood and watched as the MCA's manhandled Mr. Magerer
