Mandera county governor, ALI IBRAHIM RIOBA requires that everyone entering his office must remove their shoes, Yet he has his shoes on. This does not even happen in President Uhuru Kenyatta's office or even State House Kenya. Is his office a mosque? And even if it were a mosque Why doesn't he remove his shoes also?
